  • Open the Indoasis app and log in.
  • The mobile banking app is now accessible. Choose Settings from there.
  • On the Settings screen, press the Change Login PIN (MPIN) button.
    In the section marked Enter Old MPIN, enter your previous Login PIN. Next, type the new PIN in the section that says “Enter New MPIN” below.
  • Click Change now.
  • You will see the message MPIN has been successfully adjusted after clicking. You’ve successfully updated the pin number at this point.
    Re-login to the Indoasis app now and select Change Transaction PIN from Settings (MTPIN).
  • Click on Change after entering the Old and New MTPINs.
  • The MTPIN number can now be successfully altered as well.
